Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the FNOLAB platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FNOLAB provides financial market signal intelligence, options analysis, and charting tools for Indian F&O markets (NSE, BSE, MCX). The Service is available via web application upon registration.

• You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• The Service offers a free trial followed by recurring paid subscription plans.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Paid plans are recurring. When you subscribe, you authorise a payment mandate (UPI AutoPay or recurring card mandate) that permits Razorpay to auto-debit the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, inclusive of GST.
• If a scheduled auto-debit fails, Razorpay will retry the charge for a limited period. During these retries, your access continues for a grace period (typically 3 days) before it is suspended.
• You can cancel at any time from the Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until then and are not charged again.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers continue on their current price until they cancel; new subscribers are billed at the updated price.

Cancellation is free and available from your Profile page at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for; no further charges are debited after cancellation.

Refunds are considered in specific circumstances (duplicate payment, unauthorised charge, extended service outage). Partial / unused portions of a billing cycle are not refunded pro rata. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the disputed charge. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• The signals, analysis, and information on FNOLAB are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not execute trades on your behalf.
• Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results.

Trading in derivatives (futures and options) involves substantial risk of loss. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. FNOLAB does not guarantee profits or protection against losses.

All content, algorithms, signal methodologies, UI design, and code are the proprietary property of FNOLAB. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share signals or data obtained from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform programmatically.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNOLAB and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
